Our Story
Born from a Calling to Serve
Victory Over Poverty Inc was founded by mental health and law enforcement professionals who saw firsthand the devastating effects of poverty in our community. What began as a small initiative of Victory Baptist Church has grown into a full-service humanitarian organization — providing food, shelter resources, transportation, and social services to those who need it most.
